Dear valued client,
Please read the following terms and conditions in order for you my valued client to understand what is expected from you and from me your service provider.
Before your carpet is cleaned please remove breakables, valuables, items from tables and other furniture that will be moved by my crew.
Remove all small items such as boxes, magazines, clothes, shoes, etc. in the areas that are to be cleaned. Also arrange for pets and children to be away from the area where we are cleaning.
Please ensure no pets or children are near the work van for safety reasons.
My staff and I will not pick up toys, clothes etc. from carpet areas to be cleaned, in addition Pianos, file cabinets, bookshelves, pool tables, entertainment centres, all heavy furniture is excluded from moving.
Premium Cleaning will/cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft damage while undertaking work on a client's premises.
Premium Cleaning strives to provide a superior cleaning experience, through years of gained expertise and investments in the very best equipment.
However Premium Cleaning cannot be held responsible for issues such as:
Carpets that have not been maintained and do not come fully clean.
Chemicals and residue left behind by other cleaners that affect my process and result.
Colour changes in the carpet fibre that are exposed after the clean, previously masked by soiling caused by wear and tear and sun damage.
Any underlying issue that arises after a professional clean.
Whilst every effort will be made to treat pet stains and odours, in some cases it is impossible to treat the problem and the carpet and padding will have to be removed and the base floor treated.
Please note that stains caused by acid/alkaline products cannot be removed after a certain amount of time has passed; please call a professional cleaner before treating a spill/pet stain yourself.
After your carpet is cleaned....
1. Be careful when walking from carpet to hard surfaces. Floors can be slippery.
2. Keep pets and children off of carpet for at least six hours.
3. Remove tin foil from under furniture legs 24 hours after carpet is cleaned.
4. Vacuum carpet any time after the first 24 hours.
Cleaning upholstery is a delicate task and Premium Cleaning has the most advanced system to clean effectively and gently.
Premium Cleaning will/cannot be held responsible for issues that arise as a result of stains, spots that cannot be removed, or dye runs, colour bleeding from padding under the fabric.
Older sofa sets may experience fabric splitting from age.
NB: Please note that ventilation is most important in how effectively your carpets and upholstery dries.
Windows, doors should remain open as long as possible, fans on and if air-conditioning is available please switch it on.
Any complaint or concern with the service provided will not be entertained after 48 hours of the service date and time.
Payment for the service must be made in full by the stipulated payment date,payments that exceed this date will attract interest and in extreme cases the non payer handed over to a debt collection agency.
